Our trainers provide up-to-date knowledge in the areas of parameterisation, operation and functionality of the Avaloq Banking System. All our public courses are held at regular intervals in either German or English.

Certification Programme
An Avaloq certificate qualifies you as a parameterisation expert for Avaloq solutions.
Our Avaloq Certification Programme is internationally recognised. The programme uses a point-based system.
"Education Points" are awarded for course attendance based on the length of the course. By earning the necessary amount of points and passing the relevant examinations, you can advance to the next level of qualification.
These Education Points are awarded to your Academy User Account after course attendance.
Avaloq Associate
The Avaloq Associate qualification is aimed at project managers, stream managers, business users, auditors and consultants who would like to build up a conceptual understanding of the Avaloq Banking System and its functionalities.
To receive the Avaloq Associate certificate, you need to earn 200 Education Points. No examination is required to reach this level.
Avaloq Certified Professional
The Avaloq Certified Professional qualification is aimed at future parameterisation specialists. The prerequisite for course attendance is a broad conceptual understanding of IT-related issues and/or a solid knowledge of banking.
During the course you will gain in-depth knowledge of the Avaloq Banking System, its functionalities, parameterisation options and applications.
To receive the Avaloq Certified Professional certificate, you need to earn 400 Education Points and pass the examination.
Avaloq Certified Specialist
The Avaloq Certified Specialist qualification is aimed at experienced professionals who contribute actively in terms of vision, innovation and customisation of the Avaloq Banking System. You choose the area of specialisation according to your background knowledge. The following areas are available: Credit, Technology & Security, Portfolio Management and Trading.
To receive the Avaloq Certified Specialist certificate, you need to hold a valid Professional certificate and earn an additional 300 Education Points.
Recertification Rules
We believe that ongoing training is a key element to staying up to date with the newest development of the Avaloq Banking System. As a consequence, the validity of your certificate is limited to two years. In order to keep your knowledge up to date, you need to renew your certificate (recertification) by earning a certain number of Education Points:
For the Associate certificate, 60 Education Points are required.
From the Professional level upwards, 120 Education Points are needed.
E-learning
Our web-based training gives you maximum flexibility and efficiency. You determine the date, time and location of your training. All you need is access to the Internet and a web browser.
